We’ll write into our bravery, using the process of putting words on paper to help us come home to our bodies, which are always at the intersection of earth and sky. We’ll also look at how writing can help us better inhabit wherever we are, and land on our gratitude for the elements that keep us alive.

Whether you’re already an accomplished songwriter & singer or just getting started, we’ll focus on ways to break through to your next level of both! 9-11:30 a.m. – What If Love’s a Road Trip, and You’re the Driver?: Writing To Re-Vision Your Life, with Caryn. Writing can enable us to see our stories, and especially the endings in those stories with new eyes, to “re-vision” our lives, a term poet Adrienne Rich says is “the act of looking back, of seeing with fresh eyes” for survival and self-knowledge. Together, we will explore how writing can give us wider perspective in understanding the stories that brought us here, and deeper insight into what those stories mean and could mean over time. We’ll especially write into shifting how we frame and tell those stories to cultivate greater freedom and joy.
